What we pay per pair, paid on inspection
On · Altra · Hoka Bondi, Arahi, Clifton · Brooks Glycerin, Adrenaline · Asics Kayano · New Balance 1080, 880, 990 · Saucony Endorphin. Under ~200 miles, clean upper, tread intact.
The same models with visible wear but full tread, or any other running brand in great shape (Nike Pegasus, Mizuno, Topo, Salomon…). Wide widths (2E, 4E, D for women) always welcome.
Any sellable running shoe in good shape: Brooks Ghost, Saucony Ride, Asics Nimbus, trail shoes, cleats. Bring two or more pairs and we add $5 per pair.
Prefer store credit? Take 20% off any pair on this site instead of cash. Offers are per pair after we see the shoes; the tiers above are what we pay for pairs that match the photos you send.
What we pass on
- Outsole worn through or heel lining blown out
- Holes, tears or heavy staining on the upper
- Kids' sizes and lifestyle sneakers (Converse, Air Force 1, Stan Smith…)
- Spikes, dress shoes, boots other than Sorel, Blundstone, Dr Martens, Timberland
- Insoles missing
- Anything over ~500 miles
Pairs we can't resell we take to a sneaker recycling drop-off at no charge, so nothing goes in the trash.

Why we buy them
We resell pre-owned running shoes on eBay and Depop from Staten Island, with the size tag shown on every pair and 2-day shipping. The pairs that sell best are exactly the ones runners retire early: cushioned trainers from Hoka, Brooks, On and Altra in common sizes. Your old pair gets a second lap instead of a closet.
Run a two-week shoe drive with us: put a bin out at your weekly run, we collect, and we pay the club $5 for every pair we can resell, plus 20% off this site for your members. Pairs we can't use go to a recycler. Fifty pairs is $250 to the club for no work. Tick the club box in the form, or message us on Instagram @sundayracksupply.
Good to know
Where
Staten Island pickup and drop-off, or a meeting point at a club run. Mail-in from anywhere in the US for pairs that qualify for $15 or more; we send a prepaid label once you accept the offer.
Payment
Venmo, Zelle or cash when we have the shoes in hand and they match the photos. Store credit is 20% off any pair on this site.
Boots
From November we also buy women's Sorel, Blundstone, Dr Martens and Timberland boots in sizes 7–9; same form.
