Every pair is pre-owned and photographed as-is, so you can see exactly what you get before you buy. If something is not right, we will sort it out.
Where you buy decides the return process
Pairs on this site are sold through our eBay store and our Depop shop. Checkout, payment and returns all run through the platform you bought on.
eBay orders: 30-day returns
You can return an eBay order within 30 days of delivery. Start the return from your eBay purchase history (Purchases → Return this item) and eBay issues the label and refund. The exact return-shipping terms are shown on each listing under "Returns".
Depop orders
Message us on Depop within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right: a return, an exchange for another pair, or a partial refund, your choice where the pair does not match its photos or description. Depop orders are also covered by Depop's buyer protection.
Condition and sizing
Every flaw is pictured and the size tag is shown on every pair. Fit varies by brand and model, so please check the tag photo before buying.
